The artisan studio is located near the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod near the ocean. On a beautiful day the sea breeze floats through the studio filling it with the smell of salt air. THE WAVE JEWELRY COLLECTION ®

I lived and worked in the oldest artist and fishing colony at the tip of Cape Cod. While in Provincetown, Massachusetts, the lively arts community and breathtaking expanses of natural beauty provided a wellspring of inspiration. It is dripping with this spirit from the creative reservoir called the ocean, with this breath of salt air that I present to you The Wave Jewelry Collection ®, The Ocean Breeze Jewelry Collection ®, and The Ocean Current Jewelry Collection ®. ( All pictured below in that order.) Developed while surfing, the Wave Bracelet ® (shown below) was selected and featured in Cape Cod Magazine on the Styles page, in the spring of 2008.

This collections’ crested waves refuse to quit: the texture flows around the wrist, like the sea current. The swell begins along the side of the bracelet. Finally the break of the wave lies on the top of your wrist. It is hand forged in the studio of Leanne Silva, signed “La Sil” and engraved “The Wave” on the inside of the band.® Scroll down to peruse earrings, pendants, rings, and more.

THE OCEAN BREEZE COLLECTION ®

This jewelry collection is inspired by the salty air that flows off the ocean, right into my studio. It allows me to stop for a minute, take in a deep breath, and with it, the wonderful things in life, living and inanimate, on-shore and off, and be thankful for each one of them. It is with this gratitude that the ocean breeze collection was born.

THE OCEAN CURRENT JEWELRY COLLECTION ®

This collection is inspired by the ocean current and tide change. 'An ocean current is a continuous, directed movement of ocean water generated by the forces acting upon this mean flow, such as breaking waves, wind, Coriolis force, temperature and salinity differences and tides caused by the gravitational pull of the Moon and the Sun.'

is inspired by the many painters that live here on the cape. I cannot paint for my life, but if there is one thing I can do it's jewelry. Each piece is a world squeezed within worlds, then cracked open. They are my depiction of the landscape that I wake up to every morning. This pendant is forged and fabricated in sterling silver.
